As a result, the price of real estate no longer corresponds to its value, creating a &#8216;bubble&#8217; in the sector in question and thus a gap between the real value of the property and the price at which it is offered on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Market analysis of the UBS Swiss Real Estate Bubble Index<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>UBS Swiss Real Estate Bubble Index<\/em> articles on real estate market price developments and the risk of property bubbles: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The UBS Swiss Real Estate Bubble Index continued its decline\u00a0in the first quarter of 2024 and now stands at 0.95 index\u00a0points. The risk of a property bubble has thus fallen from\u00a0&#8220;elevated&#8221; to &#8220;moderate.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means the benchmark is\u00a0significantly lower than during the real estate bubble in the\u00a0early 1990s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the analysis shows that bubble risk remains high\u00a0from the perspective of fundamental factors rents and\u00a0income. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the risk of overheating has decreased as\u00a0a result of weaker price momentum.
