The graph below shows the evolution of real estate prices over the last 24 years. CHF 462,000 and CHF 2,950,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The average price per m\u00b2 in Switzerland is CHF 7,473\/ m\u00b2 (price per square metre).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:66px\"
