Our 3-4 room flat is located on the ground floor of an ornate Art Nouveau apartment block.<\/p>\n

Both the building and the flat have retained their charm well. The decorations on the doors and floors emphasise the elegance and care with which it was designed.<\/p>\n

We find ourselves at the entrance in the hallway of the flat and immediately to the left is the guest bathroom (with shower and WC). We continue into the kitchen with a practical seating area, where we find (on the side of the kitchen) a high, French window with a view of the cosy outdoor area. From here, a beautiful, transparent double door leads into the spacious living room. Next, also separated by a beautiful, French-style door, is the practical and directly adjoining dining room area. Another door from the living room leads to the master bedroom, which also has a window overlooking the beautiful rear courtyard. Directly next to the spacious bedroom is another bathroom with WC and bathtub.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Project outlook –> The small conversion plan includes the formation of the current kitchen and sitting area into a veritable bedroom with veranda exit to the garden area (see illustration), as well as an adjoining reduit or walk-in wardrobe.\u00a0<\/p>\n
